After having our ears burning for long, we found and fixed the problem. A furia di sentirci fischiare le orecchie finalmente è stato trovato e rimosso il problema. Le orecchie oblunghe della polizia e della PM Pedrotta sono quelle che hanno ascoltato di nascosto le voci della vita quotidiana e le parole scambiate nella cucina dell’alloggio al quinto piano della casa occupata al 45 di corso Giulio Cesare, per due anni e mezzo. Queste sono le microspie che hanno raccolto registrazioni poi trascritte nelle carte dell’ultima inchiesta a mò di prova che le persone inquisite si conoscevano tra loro, parlavano assiduamente assieme, si preoccupavano della creazione di una banca dati del Dna e dell’impossibilità di resistere al prelievo, discutevano della redazione di un testo da pubblicare o chiacchieravano degli emeriti cazziloro.

A furia di ascoltare e ficcare il naso nelle vite degli altri ci si augura, almeno, che alla signora Pedrotta sia andato qualcosa di traverso o che si sia inciampata in qualche gradino.

A force d’entendre nos oreilles siffler, on a trouvé et résolu le problème. Les grandes oreilles de la police et de la Proc’ Pedrotta [qui enquête sur les compas de Turin, avec l’opération « Scintilla »; NdAtt.] sont celles qui, pendant deux ans et demi, ont écouté en cachette les voix de la vie de tous les jours et les mots échangés dans la cuisine de l’appartement du cinquième étage de la maison squattée du 45, Corso Giulio Cesare. Voilà les micros qui ont capté des discussions qui ont ensuite été recopiées dans le dossier de la dernière enquête, pour prouver que les inculpés se connaissent, parlaient souvent ensemble, étaient préoccupés de la création par l’État italien d’une base de données ADN et de l’impossibilité de refuser le prélèvement, qu’ils discutaient d’un texte à publier ou papotaient de leurs affaires.

On espère qu’à force d’écouter et de fouiner dans les vies des autres, M.me Pedrotta a avalé quelque chose de travers ou qu’elle a trébuché sur une marche.

Technical assistance for surveillance and shadowing – putting beacons, internal document of the french intelligence services, is a manual explaining how to put and operate localization beacons on vehicles in order to surveil movements. It was published in Tarnac, Magasin général, a book published in 2012 that relates the « Tarnac case » (in which people were placed under investigation, accused of sabotage of railways). It would date back to the middle of the 2000s, according to an article of the newspaper Médiapart that was published along with the book.

The document first explains the ways of putting beacons on vehicles in different scenarios (vehicle location, possibility to move the vehicle somewhere else to place the beacon…). Then, it presents different type of beacons and how to use them.

Aide technique à la surveillance et filature – le balisage, document interne des services de renseignements français, est un manuel expliquant la pose et l’exploitation de balises de localisation sur des véhicules dans le but de surveiller des déplacements. Il a été publié dans Tarnac, Magasin général, livre paru en 2012 qui raconte l’« affaire Tarnac » (dans laquelle des personnes ont été mises en examen, accusées de sabotages de lignes de chemin de fer). Il daterait du milieu des années 2000, d’après un article du journal Médiapart qui a accompagné la publication du livre.

Le document explique d’abord les techniques de pose de balises sur des véhicules selon différents cas de figure (emplacement du véhicule, possibilité de déplacer le véhicule ailleurs pour poser la balise…). Ensuite, il présente différents types de balises et la manière de les utiliser.

Following the « Renata operation » which led to the arrest of seven comrades and about fifty police searches, mostly in Trente and Rovereto, but also in Rome, Naples and Cagliari, we decided to check our homes, looking for enemy ears.

Searching through outlet and switch cases, we found 6 acoustic devices, chips with microphones, batteries, sim card and memory card (the sim and memory card were there in each case but one).

Two of them were located in two different places of the living-room, the communal space of the house. Another was located in the corridor that goes from the entrance to the bedrooms and the rest of the house, the last three were found in the private bedrooms, one for each room.

In seguito all’ “Operazione Renata” che ha portato all’arresto di 7 tra compagni e compagne e a una cinquantina di perquisizioni per la maggior parte a Trento e Rovereto, ma anche a Roma, Napoli e Cagliari, si è deciso di dare una controllata alla nostra abitazione, in cerca di orecchie nemiche.

Cercando all’interno delle scatole di prese e interruttori, sono stati trovati ben 6 apparecchi di rilevamento acustico, microspie con microfoni, batterie, sim e memory card (la sim e la memory card erano presenti in tutte tranne una).

Due di queste erano posizionate in due punti differenti del salone, lo spazio comune della casa. Un’altra era posizionata nel corridoio che dall’ingresso conduce alle camere e al resto dell’abitazione, mentre le ultime tre le abbiamo rinvenute nelle camere personali, una per ogni stanza.

A la suite de « l’opération Renata » qui a conduit à l’arrestation de sept compagnons et compagnonnes et à une cinquantaine de perquisitions pour la plupart à Trente et à Rovereto, mais aussi à Rome, à Naples et à Cagliari, nous avons décidé de contrôler nos habitations, à la recherche d’oreilles ennemies.

En fouillant dans les boîtiers de prises et d’interrupteurs, nous avons trouvé 6 dispositifs accoustiques, des puces avec microphones, batterie, sim et carte mémoire (la sim et la carte mémoire étaient présentes dans chacunes sauf pour une).

Deux d’entre eux étaient situés à deux endroits différents du salon, l’espace commun de la maison. Un autre se trouvait dans le couloir qui mène de l’entrée aux chambres et au reste de la maison, les trois dernièrs ont été trouvés dans les chambres personnelles, une pour chaque chambre.

Jeden rok po posledním objevu  GPS zařízení v autě, které patří soudruhům v italském městě Cremona, jsme udělali další nález. Ve stejném autě jsme našli zařízení, které bylo připojeno k SIM kartě Vodafone (chráněné kódem PIN) a mikrofon umístěný v čalounění střechy vozidla.

Umístění bylo provedeno velmi delikátně uvnitř vozu a dráty byly skryty v izolačním pouzdře. Přístroj byl připojen k automobilovému elektrickému systému, takže se to spustilo při startu vozidla.

Nevíme, kdy byla tato sledovací hračka zavedena. Možná to bylo proto, že pro špehy nebylo příjemné odhalení minulý rok. Jejich ruce však nejsou špinavé od džemu, ale od krve. Krve, která pochází z válek, kontroly, represí, klecí. Máme jen opovržení pro ty, kteří špehují životy druhých. Vášeň pro svobodu je silnější než jakákoli autorita.
